"T.C." stands for Tommy Cash (brother of the Man in Black), who scored a country-pop hit in 1971 with a tribute to Dr. King and the brothers Kennedy in Six White Horses, a tune similar to Dion's Abraham, Martin & John. It's an obscure reference, to be sure (Sluggo is singing some of the song's lyrics) but it brought a smile to my face and a tear to my eye and I figure if I can't devote a sconce of this blog to my own enjoyment every now and then I need to find another hobby.
I used Six White Horses in a November 22, 2008 post to commemorate the death of JFK so if you've never heard the song you can click here.

Okay, either I'm blanking or just thick (or both) - but who'd be "T.C."?
