I do prefer Holiday to the contrived B...Great post! I do prefer Holiday to the contrived Baby, but for me The Philadelphia Story has the edge. I think it's the dialogue; although Holiday also came from the stage there's something about the self-indulgent witty one liners that I can't resist. I agree in your assessment. Bringing up Baby always makes me flinch a bit; it feels terribly unnatural to me. And I admire but have issues with The Philadelphia Story. Holiday?
